E-Ray Arrives: Hybrid, AWD Corvette Launches in Europe (RHD for UK)
General Motors confirmed that the Corvette E-Ray—the first hybrid and first all-wheel-drive Corvette—would be sold in Europe beginning summer 2025.

General Motors confirmed that the Corvette E-Ray—the first hybrid and first all-wheel-drive Corvette—would be sold in Europe beginning summer 2025, with right-hand-drive (RHD) models for the UK. According to Octane Magazine, prices start at €169,000 for the coupe on the continent and £153,440 in the UK, with the convertible commanding a slight premium.
The E-Ray combines a 6.2-litre LT2 V8 driving the rear wheels with a 161 bhp front e-motor, producing a combined 644 CV and delivering 0–100 km/h in 2.9 seconds. The hybrid system allows an all-electric "Stealth Mode" for up to four miles, while the eAWD system offers real-time torque distribution, improving traction on wet or snowy European roads. The car retains active dampers and Magnetic Selective Ride Control, and it offers optional carbon-fibre wheels.
GM's European press materials emphasise that the E-Ray's launch supports the marque's growing dealer network, recently expanded via the Hedin Mobility Group. The E-Ray's combination of everyday usability and supercar acceleration gives it broad appeal as the first electrified Corvette hits European roads.
